Terms & AI disclaimer

Sandwich Monkey generates websites with artificial intelligence (AI). AI can make mistakes: text, translations, layout, images or data may be incorrect, incomplete or unintended. You are responsible for reviewing your website before you publish or share it. Sandwich Monkey cannot be held liable for damages, lost income or consequences arising from AI-generated content or errors. Use the service with this in mind.

1. The service

Sandwich Monkey is an online service that lets you generate, edit, host and publish (multilingual) websites with AI. We do our best to offer a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Account

You create an account to use the service. You are responsible for your login details and for what happens under your account. Do not grant access to third parties and keep your details up to date.

3. Prices, payments & subscriptions

The first website is free; every additional website and extra language are paid, as is removing the watermark and buying credit packs. Recurring subscriptions are automatically charged monthly or yearly via Mollie until you cancel. A subscription price change only takes effect one month after it is announced; you are notified in advance and can cancel before the effective date.

4. Liability

In addition to the AI disclaimer above: the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the relevant month. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or damage caused by incorrect AI-generated content.

5. Your content & use

You are responsible for the content you add or publish and must have the rights to it. You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content. We may take websites that violate the terms offline.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Periods already paid are not refunded unless otherwise agreed.

7. Privacy

We process personal data needed to provide the service (such as your email address and payment data via Mollie). We do not sell your data.
